Part Shop UK Limited Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days from the date of purchase to any Part Shop UK Limited store with the original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Part Shop UK Limited will exchange the product or issue a refund as described below. Some merchandise, including commercial tools and equipment and special order items may be non-refundable. Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise are non-refundable.

Part Shop UK Limited reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

Returning Items to an Part Shop UK Limited Store

Bring the merchandise you would like to return with its original packing materials to any Part Shop UK Limited store. Use our contact page to find a store near you. Bring your store receipt, Order Confirmation email, or Merchandise Return Form and any Advance Team Member will be able to assist you.

Returning Items by Mail

Repack the merchandise you would like to return with its original packing materials and place it in the original shipment container. Complete the Merchandise Return Form on the original packing slip and include it in the box. Ship the box via UPS to the address on the preprinted peel off label. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you insure the shipment for the full value of the merchandise to protect against loss. Note: Items bought through In-Store Pickup must be returned to an Part Shop UK Limited store.

Core Returns

If returning a core item, please also follow these additional guidelines:

Remove any items from the core that may be needed for the proper installation of a new replacement part.
Empty fluids from the core. Enclose the core in the box and seal.

Warranty Returns

Please contact Customer Care for instructions on warranty returns and to make a warranty claim.

Returns Without Receipts

You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email as well as in the Your Order Status section of Your Account (eBay).

Refunds – Without Receipt

To return or exchange an item, you will be required to present a valid photo ID (see below for the types of ID that we accept) that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Part Shop UK Limited and its affiliates use to authorize returns. We accept the following IDs for returns: Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, Permanent Resident Card or Border Crossing Card. Returns will not be accepted without a valid ID.
